This version has not been published as an effective legal policy. Operator: Cofolders. Contact: support@cofolders.com.

1. Scope and operator

CoFolders is operated under the Cofolders name at cofolders.com. These draft terms describe the intended service rules and are provided for review; they have no effective date until an approved version is published. Questions may be sent to support@cofolders.com.

2. Your account and authority

Use an account you are authorized to access and protect its credentials. Work within your workspace membership and folder permissions. You are responsible for having permission to provide the content and instructions you submit.

3. Inputs, outputs and review

You retain the rights you already have in your submitted material. Use of the service does not itself transfer ownership of your business data. Agent outputs can be incomplete or incorrect; verify evidence and proposed actions before business use. Third-party rights and applicable agreements still apply.

4. Permitted conduct

Do not use the service to violate law, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or expose confidential information without authority. Do not attempt to bypass policy or approval controls. Report suspected abuse through the support channel.

5. Commercial terms and changes

Fees, service levels, cancellation and other commercial obligations must be stated in the applicable signed agreement. This draft does not invent a refund period, warranty, liability cap, arbitration clause or governing jurisdiction. Approved changes will receive a new revision and effective date.
