1. Applicable agreement
Enterprise use requires an agreement that identifies the contracting entity, service scope, charges and authorized deployment. These draft business terms do not create an order or override a signed agreement.
2. Customer administration
The customer manages workspace members, folder access, data permissions and authorized instructions. Administrators must review the effect of suspension, sharing and scheduled work on their organization.
3. Services and dependencies
Providers, regions, integrations, model choices and support commitments must be documented for the deployment. Preview capabilities are not automatically production commitments. Certifications, on-premise options and uptime guarantees are not asserted by this draft.
4. Data and termination
The agreement should specify data export, retention, deletion, backup handling and the end-of-service process. Billing, renewal, cancellation, liability and dispute terms require explicit commercial and legal review before publication.
