Privacy policy
How the CoFolders deployment handles account and business data.
This version has not been published as an effective legal policy. Operator: Cofolders. Contact: support@cofolders.com.
1. Data categories
The service processes account identifiers, workspace membership, session information and content you submit, such as documents, files, business records and conversations. Support requests contain the subject, description, category and messages you choose to provide.
2. Purposes
Data is used to authenticate users, enforce live permissions, perform requested work, retain work outputs and handle support requests. Website marketing search reads public pages, not private workspace records. Do not put unnecessary sensitive information into a support request.
3. Organization and providers
An organization controls the business content and access it manages in its workspace. Configured storage, compute, integrations and model providers may process relevant data to perform a request. Provider identities, regions, subprocessors and model training restrictions must be confirmed for the actual deployment and agreement; this draft does not promise a universal no-training policy.
4. Storage and retention
Retention and deletion depend on the organization’s configuration, backups and applicable obligations. There is no universal retention number in this draft. Support records are account-private; deployment operators must configure access, retention and backup handling for those records before release.
5. Requests and contact
Contact your organization for its business records, and support@cofolders.com for CoFolders account or website questions. Requests for access, correction, export or deletion are reviewed after appropriate identity and authority verification. This draft is not yet an effective legal notice.
