CoFolders News brings product updates and company stories into a dedicated feed. Browse by category, search articles, choose newest or oldest first, and switch between media and list views.

The News API separates draft revisions from published articles. Authorized platform administrators can publish, unpublish and archive content, with a revision history for review.

Preview. Public articles appear after the News API is configured and original content is published.

Usage brings recent activity, five-hour and seven-day windows, history and plan information into one place. Where billing is enabled, the page also shows your credit balance and preference for additional runs.

Understand what takes up your storage

Storage separates current files, retained versions and archived content. Shared physical file content is counted once, helping you see a more useful breakdown of your workspace storage.

Browse files according to your existing workspace permissions. The summary keeps file visibility and access controls connected.
