1. Respect access boundaries
Do not impersonate another user, steal credentials or bypass workspace membership, folder grants or item restrictions. Resource-specific access may narrow a folder grant and never expand it.
2. Prevent harmful activity
Do not use tools or automation for fraud, malicious code, unlawful surveillance, exploitation or unauthorized disclosure. Follow applicable law and your organization’s rules for personal and confidential data.
3. Human review
Review consequential decisions and configured approvals. Agent suggestions are not a substitute for qualified judgment in regulated or high-impact matters. Do not treat simulated data as real observations or hide missing evidence.
4. Report misuse
Use support@cofolders.com or a private support request to report abuse with a minimal, redacted description. The response and any account restriction must follow the applicable published terms and agreement. This version remains a draft for review.
