1. Status
This page is a draft overview, not an executed data processing addendum. A binding addendum must identify the actual parties, their roles and the deployment covered. Contact support@cofolders.com to coordinate the agreement.
2. Instructions and controls
Document the authorized processing purposes, data categories and instructions. Workspace governance and live folder authorization support access controls; deployment operators remain responsible for infrastructure, secrets and operational access.
3. Providers and transfers
List the configured storage, compute and model providers, processing regions and any international transfer mechanism required for the deployment. No complete subprocessor list or transfer safeguard is fabricated on this page.
4. Lifecycle and assistance
Agree retention, deletion, backup treatment, incident communication and assistance with verified data requests. Set any contractual response deadlines in the signed agreement instead of implying them from this overview.
