Troubleshoot sign-in

Resolve common password and Google sign-in issues.

Updated: Revision: 2026-09-13.11 min read

Check your account

Confirm the account email and use the credentials issued for your workspace. A generic sign-in error can indicate an incorrect password or an unavailable account; it deliberately does not reveal whether an address exists.

Google sign-in

Start again from /login if the authorization was cancelled or expired. Administrators should verify the configured callback URL, allowed deployment origin and OAuth credentials. CoFolders does not provide SSO or SCIM by implication of Google sign-in.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@cofolders.com with the account address, deployment URL and visible error. Never email a password, access cookie or one-time code. There is no public self-service password reset promise unless your deployment provides it.
