Share resources safely
Check the destination and audience before sharing.
Share within authority
Use the resource and folder sharing capabilities your workspace provides. A copied resource URL is a locator, not an access token; recipients still need live permission.
Review sensitive data
Confirm that the folder audience may see the material and that your organization permits the intended disclosure. Remove unrelated personal information from reports and exported artifacts.
After permissions change
Removing live access does not retract files already downloaded by a recipient. Handle external copies under your organization’s retention and confidentiality process.
